Starting with a solid technical foundation in software development gave me the deep understanding necessary to analyze complex systems. This naturally evolved into business analysis, where the focus shifted to aligning technical capabilities with commercial objectives.
Through successive roles in project delivery, customer success, and ultimately general management, each step has built upon the last.
